From Rome by car
Follow the street Cassia SR2 (also coming from GRA A90) until you reach La Giustiniana, then take the Via Braccianense-Claudia SS493 up to Osteria Nuova. Once arrived at the crossing, turn right and follow the direction Anguillara. Follow the via Anguillarese SP5a, until you reach is in the old town center.
From Rome by train
From Roma Termini take the subway Metro A (red) up to Valle Aurelia or the subway Metro B (blue) up to Piramide/Ostiense: both of those subway stations are connected to the mail railwais Roma-Viterbo. So just take the train FR3 Roma Viterbo, direction Viterbo, and get off at Anguillara Station.
From Anguillara station you can reach the old town center where the Domus Angularia is located by taking a small local bus.
